OVS ❤️ friends is the OVS Loyalty Program that allows you to access benefits, offers and dedicated promotions. By making purchases you earn Heart Points (1€ = 1 Heart Point) and you get growing privileges.

Access is easy: subscribe for free at the cash register and on ovs.lol your OVS ❤️ friends card.

Every time you make purchases with your OVS ❤️ friends card in stores and by registering or logging on to your account on ovs.lol linked to your OVS ❤️ friends card, you will accumulate Heart Points: 1 € = 1 Heart Point. .
  
  For orders placed online, the loading of Heart Points takes place in the following ways:
  - Orders with home delivery: the loading of the Heart Points takes place at the time of shipment of the order
  - Orders with delivery in store (Click and Collect): the loading of the Heart Points takes place at the pick-up of the order in store

The Heart Points balance visible in the customer profile represents only the points accumulated within the current level, that is, the level in which the customer is at that time.

When you enter a new level, the Heart Points required for the move are no longer shown in your balance as they were already used to determine the level change.

You need 100 Heart Points to access the Super Level (2nd level) from Easy Level (1st level)

To access the top level (3rd level):
 From Super level (2nd level) 500 Heart Points are needed
 From Easy Level (1st level) 600 Heart Points are needed

These points are not "subtracted" or deleted, but simply no longer visible in the balance, because the balance shows only the points earned from entry into the new level.

As of 6 May 2025, with the entry into force of the update of the OVS ❤️ friends program, we remind you that the cumulative total of Heart Points will no longer be displayed, but only the balance of Heart Points earned within the membership level. Therefore, in the "Level 2 - Super" will be subtracted 100 entry Heart Points, while in the "Level 3 - Top" will be subtracted 600 entry Heart Points.

Yes. Heart Points earned within a Tier are valid for 12 months from the date of entry into that Tier. At the end of the 12 months, the Heart Points collected in that Level are reset to zero. For more information on how to maintain your Level, see the question “How do I maintain the reached level?”.

Customers enrolled in the OVS ❤️ friends program can access a number of exclusive benefits, based on the level reached:
  
  Welcome Gift
  10% discount on a minimum purchase of 50€, valid for 3 months from the date of registration.
  
  Discount coupon
  4€ discount on a minimum expenditure of 50€, valid for 3 months from the date of issue: every 100 Heart Points collected in the Super Level (2nd level).
  8€ discount on a minimum expenditure of 50€, valid for 3 months from the date of issue: every 100 Heart Points collected in the Top Level (3rd level).
  
  Extra 30% discount:
  EIssued for every 800 Heart Points collected in the Top Tier (3rd tier).
  
  Birthday Discount:
  Valid from 7 days before to 7 days after the birthday:
  -15% pfor customers in Easy (1st level) and Super (2nd level);
  -20% for customers in the Top level (3rd level);
  
  SFree standard delivery:
  No minimum cost, on all online orders for customers in the Super level (2nd level) and Top level (3rd level).
  
  Benefits are triggered based on the Heart Points collected within the current Tier. Each customer has 12 months to collect the Heart Points needed to maintain or improve their Level.

The OVS ❤️ friends program is structured in 3 levels:
  
  Easy level (1st level)
  Super level (2nd level)
  Top level (3rd level)
  
  To level up, you must accumulate a certain number of Heart Points within the Level in which you are:
  
  • If you accumulate 100 Heart Points in the Easy Level (1st level), you move to the Super (2nd level)
  • If you accumulate 500 Heart Points in the Super Level (2nd level), you move to the Top Level (3rd level) (3° livello)
  • It is also possible to go directly from the Easy Level (1st level) to the Top Level (3rd level) and earn 600 Heart Points
  
  You have 12 months from the moment you enter a Level to collect the points needed to maintain it or move up to the next Level.

Each client has 12 months from the moment of entry into a Level to collect the Heart Points needed for maintenance:
  - Super level (2nd level): 100 Heart Points needed
  - Top level (3rd level): need 600 Heart Points
  
  If the threshold is not reached, the customer will be downgraded to the lower tier at the end of 12 months. It is never possible to go back more than one Level at a time.
  
  It is also possible that the balance of Heart Points is negative, for example after a return. In this case, it will be necessary first to recover the missing Heart Points and then reach the required threshold to maintain the Level. Example: if you have -20 Heart Points and want to keep the Super Level (2nd level) you will need to collect 120 Heart Points in the Level

To accumulate Heart Points online with your OVS ❤️ friends card signed in store, create an account on ovs.lol with the same email, follow the procedure to associate your OVS ❤️ friends card. Your OVS ❤️ friends card will be visible in the Personal Area and you can start collecting Heart Points immediately.

You can contact our dedicated customer service by writing to ovscard@ovs.lol indicating the data related to your OVS ❤️ friends Card (name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number and email address)

The OVS ❤️ friends discount coupons of 4€ and 8€ can be spent in a single purchase of at least 50€. They can be used in the store, passing your OVS ❤️ friends card at the checkout or online by logging in with your account, after associating your OVS ❤️ friends card. They are not fractional on multiple purchases, they are not cumulative with each other, nor with sales or other promotions in progress.
  
The birthday discount and kids birthday discount of -15% or -20% depending on the level, have no minimum spending threshold. They can be spent in a single purchase in the store, presenting your OVS ❤️ friends card at the cash register, or online by logging in with your account prior association of your OVS ❤️ friends Card. They can be combined with sales but not with products of different promotion or with the OVS discount coupons ❤️ friends.

Discount Coupons are not cumulative and cannot be used on current promotions, pre-sales or sales.
The birthday discount is cumulative with sales but not with products of different promotions or with OVS ❤️ friends discount coupons.

The 30% Extra discount is a benefit reserved for customers in the Top Level (3rd level). Every time the customer accumulates 800 Heart Points within the Top Tier (3rd tier), they receive an Extra 30% discount. So if 1600 Heart Points are collected in Level 3 - Top, for example, two Extra 30% discounts will be generated. The 30% Extra discount does not have a minimum expenditure threshold and is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

The Heart Points related to the returned purchase are deducted from the Heart Points balance of the current Level. If the return results in a balance of Heart Points below the threshold required for the Tier, this balance will be retained and the balance of Heart Points will be negative.
  
 In case of use Coupon discount only if the return is total, the Coupon discount is reissued with the same characteristics and a new expiration date. If it is a Birthday Discount, it will be valid for 15 days from re-issue. If the return is partial, the Coupon will not be reissued.

In case of cancelled order the used discount coupon is automatically reissued with the same features and a new expiration date.

Your Heart Points balance may be negative, for example after a return. In this case, it will be necessary to first recover the missing Heart Points and then reach the required threshold for the next Level. Example: if you are in the Super Level (2nd level) and have -20 Heart Points and want to move from the Super Level (2nd level) to the Top Level (3rd level), you will need to accumulate 520 Heart Points in the Level.
